When we were in Kutztown Lew wasn't big on classes but that doesn't mean he didn't keep himself busy. Here we see him doing some volunteer work with some unfortunate young lady who found herself at odds with the justice system.
(sorry Jude, still beating the dead horse that is old pictures)
the caption? this was scanned straight from a scrapbook made by my girlfriend at the time.

you are correct sir. have you ever been in touch with Lori over the years?
matt - i'm not saying that i don't enjoy the old pictures, i was just saying that i noticed that blog banter was down. in fact, i have a whole box full of HS picts. maybe i'll start a Catty Onion.
who is the girl, she looks familiar? lew do you remember?
J - i think the novelty has worn off, we do need new ideas and new blood to keep things fresh.
randy, dont you know that girl too?
is this chick on work release? prisoner cell block H.
matt - i have a bunch of those slam books from middle school. those could cause quite a stir.

i think her name was Lisa. she was from Whitehall.
Kristen - that is my cousin Lisa - from Whitehall.
Lew - now your messing with family.
She's a 6th grade teacher at Whitehall and married to the gym teacher there.
Lew - Yes I'm interested in fishing. Keep messing with my family and you'll become trolling bait....ha ha ha.
randy, i knew that!!!
Catty, West Virginia?
Kristen - I knew you had to know that.
Lew - I can't help the fact that my grandparent's were busy people populating the area.
Longe - that's below the belt.
tough crowd here today?????
Matt,
I ran into Lori at -of all places a family funeral for my great uncle (Lewis) who passed 2 years ago (He was 92!!). I barely recognized her -she's married with 2 kids living near Glen Mills (down near me). We exchanged #'s, but in typical Perdick fashion haven't bothered to call each other. She did remember me being at some of your parties...I think she even mentioned that to her husband!
