i love the headline, rock "anti-eagles" a man after my own heart...sorry, i just cannot bring myself to root for the home team...why am i apologizing? besides, the saints continuing to win after such devistation would be like the cinderella story i just could not NOT root for!

Okay, they BLEW it. Thanks for the calls Lew. I really needed that. I can't believe they did NOT go for on 4th down with under two minutes in the game. It's only the end of the flippin' season. On to my usual quote, "We'll do it NEXT YEAR!". Anybody want two tickets for next Sunday's game in Philly; I have two going REALLY cheap (and I'm sure the parking and traffic won't be bad).
4th&10, 2 minutes to go - yeah that was great coaching. when Reid was in front of the press 5 minutes later we figured he was already looking for a new job.
oh, and glad we could be there with a sincere phone call to help you feel better in your moment of need.
Thanks for the call guys. Maybe hockey was the better choice. I had to go to my sister-in-law's (Saints fan) and watch the unwinding of the Birds. I am rooting for no one now. Football's over, see everyone next season.
now, now steve, the season isnt over...remember those Tommy Lasorda baseball commercials...just because your team is out doesnt make the season over, (if that were the case mine would be over much sooner than i like)...philly fans famous last words "next year"...enough already...
