Such a fine line between a "gun situation" and a school shooting. I'm certain this is not the way the Lehigh Valley wants to make headlines - and fortunately it appears they won't. More information here.

There are alot of great things about the U.S., but guns isn't one of those things. I really don't want to start a debate about the Second Amendment, but I have to say things like this make me glad to live in the U.K., where guns are illegal and I don't have to worry about my kids being shot when they go to school.
Where is the band? Where are the football teams? Who's winning this game?
From the air, those buildings look like pies (I am hungry). Or they look like two uneven breasts, really uneven.
If you blur your eyes, the whole thing looks like a muppet's face (mouth jutting up and to the left).
Seriously, being a teacher, this kind of BS is something we try not to dwell on (or we would all become home-schooling hermits.
Rumor is that the kid was so upset about 20 years ago when the Kids lost to Catty on Turkey Day in the "Mud Bowl". A witness said that the turkey for lunch that day still tasted like "Crow". See what kind of impact we had on them. JK
i was in the Giant in Coplay (for all you out of towners, the old LaneCo) when Brad called me about this...then spoke to another woman in the store who was on her cell about it...didnt really hit me until i walked out side and heard all the helicopters hovering around over head. have a niece and newphew who go there (unfortunately) and was scary for a bit!
thanks god it ended with no blood shed. One never knows what is possible. Makes me wonder what type of childhood this kid has. Now that I work with kids I see so many that have sad, shitty lives. Not making excuses for the kid just saying there are alot of lonely, depressed kids out there.
I know the family, they live near me. He walks by my house a few times a week. Ughhhhhhh !!!
We all feel when we send our kids off to school for the day that they will come home safely and unfortunately in today's world, it isn't always the case. That is why it is so important to tell your kids how special they are and how much you love them. Just a few weeks back an 8th grader at W/C Middle School wanted to blow the school up and that is where my daughter goes so it really hit home how something so horrible can happen.
michelle, i also heard there was a bomb scare set for 6/6--any truth to this
randy--i remember that game vividly, who was it that scored? too bad that great tradition of catty football is falling to the way side, anyone up for some interesting reading go to www.pennlive.com/forums/hsfootballe/ post #4279
leww--thats the only reason i married him!
So Kristen - I guess if we would have lost that game things would have turned out differently for you????? If we would have won by a field goal I guess you would be married to Coung and you would be Kristen Dinh. I'm just messin with ya.
yes, randy, you are correct, now dont you wish it was you who picked up that fumble
Somehow knowing that if you scored the winning touchdown would mean you got to marry Kristen Bond, I stepped aside when the fumble came out and let my cousin pick up the ball.....score......and get his bride. Brad.....you still have not thanked me for this. If you watch the tape you will see me step aside and help put the ball in his hands and watch him run for glory. Anyone buying this load of crap????
please, please, dont encourage him to watch the tape again!! just kidding!
I bet when he watches the tape he hears the song from "Chariots of Fire" as he is running for the touchdown. Now I got that damn song in my head.
smooth move randy.....everyone who reads this will be humming that tune in their heads all day!!! thanks alot! that will take more than a margarita to get out....maybe a couple shots of tequilla?
Andrea - ever since I typed that it's been in my head.
yeah, thanks....ever since i read it.....i'm hearing it too!
