Any Race fans???

All this talk about American Idol makes me wonder is there any Amazing Race fans here? I personally don't watch Idol but love the race. Usually there is one team I can't stand but not this time. I think any one of the 3 teams left could win. My son and I are rooting for the hippies just because they are a little strange and a little funny not to mention they have yet to screw anyone over to get ahead.

MJ, you know I love the Race!!! rooting for the hippies too, cant stand MoJo and not to thrilled with the frat boys either...Yo and Ray could win and I'd be ok with that too. I also do watch Idol, but I have to say Survivor comes a close 2nd to the Race....what will we do after all the finales next week...CSI, ER, Desperate Housewives...guess I'll have to actually spend time with the kids and Brad....just kidding!

There's only one thing 'race' means here in the Carolinas. MJ, I was excited at first thinking we were going to have a NASCAR discussion (see, I do have a masculine side :?).

I have watched the Amazing Race in past years and found it entertaining, too, but haven't watched this year at all.

Pauko - Jeff Gordon doesn't count!!!!

well Tim it might if they didn't put those damn governors on the gas pedal. I can only do 60 going down hill with the pedal to the metal.

Pauko, I feared it was a NASCAR discussion as well. :-)

If anyone is interested I have 3 tickets for the June 4 Nascar race at Dover, DE. Section 244 Row 9 on the front stretch. I can't break them up and must sell as a set. $186.00 for the three tickets.

Tim - I hear all the stories about the infield. This is my first Nascar race. I ended up with 7 tickets in two different locations in the stands. So I am selling off the three. My brother Scott was at the Pocono Race on the infield and he said the same thing.....craziness.

MJ, I'm sure Rusty knows how to adjust that governor. My experience with one was when our governor broke in our Uhaul on our move to SC.

Randy, I'll drop you an email about the tix. My brother-in-law might be interested.

i taped the finale last night and just watched it this morn...i knew i better watch it before i logged on to this post...i'm so glad the hippies beat the frat boys!!! and as far as GH goes, it's a bit corny, not really keeping up with that back to the 80's story!
