hEY Judy, I know its early out there and late here. I just got home from an Ice Hockey Game. I play once a week to keep my 20 something figure. Blogging is so cool but I can't wait to see you and everyone else I haven't seen in so long. Hugs and kisses babe !

robb - right backatcha. hockey? i was going to enter into a bronze, co-ed beginner-intermediate league this year, but i was in to softball leagues so maybe next year. not ice, the blade kind. my friend in the photo with me is great hockey player. i go see the thunderbirds out here on occaision. the crowds are hilarious and bloodthirsty.

man, i kind of wish i wasn't so far away. blogging is going to make it impossible for me not to come back east.

man i swear i laughed out loud when you brought up steve getting paddled.

Sands - three little rug rats....you have to be busy with them. How are your brother and sisters doing?

kristen said...

judy, thanks for asking. lori and jill both live in Northampton, jill has a soon to be 16 year old daughter and lori, 2 boys jeff 14 and jared 11. my mom is doing great. my dad passed away almost 8 years ago, cancer. i remember the light as a feather thing too, i dont recall ever actually lifting someone. Was saddened to hear about your bro Bob (I know its been awhile) and your dad, was he sick? When your house went up, i wouldve loved to been able to buy it, it love that house. A teacher from Lincoln now lives there.

Judy, Lace up the skates its a great game. Hockey is my form of stress release. I try to play the whole year, unless a my muscle strains tell me otherwise. I actually coached a local High School team for 10 years. Now I coach my daughter's "softball" team. Great to hear your still sporting it up !!
I wonder how many people remember The " Great Escape " from Walenta's paddle??

Hi
It's Kim..........Ironically, I am at Mary's house right now and just couldn't wait to talk. I'll be home tomorrow and get my stuff posted. I am in shock that Judy is on here before me! What's up with that? Hey- anyone out there now?

Sandman said...

Kimmie! How do?

Mare said...

Hey
Doin!!! Doing great actually- this whole blog thing just made my day today. My Grandfather died earlier this week and last night was the funeral up here in Allentown so my family ended up staying at Mary's house with her family. The timing is great because all this stuff just put a huge smile on my face! Your family is beautiful. Did I see that you are in Montana???

Hi Kim! Thanks for checking in!

hey kristen - i'm sorry to hear about your father. and thank you for your sentiments. bob had an aneurysm, and my dad had heart problems. he didn't survive a valve replacement surgery (he was 79).

i was reading past postings, getting caught up. and there was the one where matt said he heard i had stomach cancer (it was actually breast). i should update my bio and get everyone up to speed on that.

randyg - i don't think i've officially said hello. great picts, btw. i take you're a tequila man. yikes! great ot hear from you. sounds like you're doing fantastic.

kim - not yet...still local but the retirement plan to MT is in full swing

tmmullen said...

John---I couldn't agree more with everyone's thoughts on your kids. Amazing. And how freaky is it to be talking about retirement? My wife and I just had an in-depth discussion about that earlier this year. I don't hunt or fish, so for us it's the beach. But yes, the wheels are in motion...

Rob---Coaching softball? To girls? That's got to be a world away from coaching hockey. God bless you man. When you see my bio post later today - you'll know why I see something similar in my future...

Kim---It's about friggin' time! And you're not the only one who is shocked (shocked I say!) that Judy made it hear before you. You have some catching up to do young lady. And sorry to hear about your grandfather.

randyg said...

Judy - thanks for the hello. Yeah....I enjoy a good margarita with chips and salsa. Way too much beer in college.....lost my taste for it. It was upsetting to hear about Bob. I have a lot of good memories of him from being at the YMCA all the time.

Judy, sorry to hear about your brother and dad. Glad to hear that you are healthy again. It must have been rough going through it.
