Pauko, do you remember a girl named Missy Trexler? I met her today during a bday party my daughter was attending. She said you and your friends crashed some Koncrete Kid Dance events. She also mentioned she knew you from childhood days, family friends...

My parents used to be very good friends with hers years ago when we were kids. Her parents live(d) a few miles down from the Hillside miniature golf course...which is actually where my parents first met (Mom from Catty 1966 ? and my Dad from Northampton 1962 ?). Side note: My dad was part of those KKid powerhouse football teams back then when they averaged beating teams like 60-0 under Al Erdosy).

Yes, we went to a Northampton dance once and that was the first time I had talked to her for years, and the last time since.

That's cold dude. You're risking an all caps response.

Once was all I needed to know that Catty dances were much better. (snicker)

Pauko,

I think I remember my Dad saying he knows your Dad. He went to Northampton as well...also played football for Erdosy. He also knows Mr. Pail. He told me a story of how he crashed his NEW motorcyle one day....Pail was pissed.

Mullen - What is your Favorite recollection of Mr. Pail's Spanish class?!!?!

tmmullen said...

Oh crap. Is there an embarrasing story I forgot about? Bring it.

If not, then the only thing I can think of off the top of my head was how much Sabrina O'Donnell used to cheat constantly in that class (Spanish 2 or 3, I can't remember). Not that I gave a rat's ass - than one day I heard her say she wanted to be an interpreter. I was like, wtf? Then you might want to actually learn the material there chica!

There are two that come to mind...the first one was that I'd always be talking to someone next to me (Debbie Ho or Martina -don't go there!!) and then Mr. Pail would look up to see you turned around talking to them -and You'd get a rath of shit! -everytime!!

The other "classic" is the Dog ate my homework story -but only it was true - I held up my half eaten spanish book (that our Beagles ate to shreds) when he asked for our homework. I still remember him saying "That's the first time that story ever worked". Of course, I let him know that I'd pay for the book......

Jeff--Crazy, I totally forgot about the spanish book. Too funny. And I was always catching hell, some deserved, some not, so that sort of faded into the background...
