allow me to help create a new and improved memory of me. soooo funny, i had really long hair before chemo, and then of course shaved it before i lost it all. looked like a 14 year old asian boy. when it started growing back i looked exactly like fred savage from the wonder years with a seemless shift right into eric estrada. lovely. [hopefully the pict uploaded]

Jude - no pic. in the post editing window, there is a little picture icon along the top. click on it and follow the directions.
and you can edit the existing post, you don't need to create a new one.
i think i tried that. fuck. i'll try it again.
i just read your bio and sent a comment. you have a gorgeous family. and isn't it like 3 am there?
ok. i did follow the instructions. 2x now. i attached it, uploaded it, got the publishing window, and then clicked on done. nada.
dude, that fawking picture of me is HARSH.
Judy, you can e-mail the picture to me if you want, and I'll try posting it. bloodyank@collo79.freeserve.co.uk
The neatest thing I've seen so far on this blog - other than the pic of Judy - is that Judy and Vicki posted comments less than 20 minutes apart - roughly 6000 miles away from each other. Judy was at the end of her day (midnight west coast time) and Vicki was probably just starting hers (6:00 a.m. UK time). Too cool.
5 hour time difference between me and the east coast, so it was 8:18 a.m. big guy!
hi vicki! so you're in london? how about i come and visit? is that too forward? wow. i picture you and madonna hanging out.
i'm going to try and upload the photo from work in a few. we'll see what happens.
Hi Judy, north of London, in the countryside. Madonna and I go riding together on weekends while Guy watches the kids! You're welcome to visit anytime. All of you are (well, not all at once obviously!) We love having visitors from the U.S.
Vicki---Apparently Mr. Stitts was right about me not being good at math. But the general idea still came across I hope!
Matt/Dave/Long-e/Joe---Perhaps a guys weekend at Vicki's in 2007?!?! Can't wait to meet Madonna...
[Who am I kidding, Joe's not going to see this.]
Jude - after you click "done" on the photo upload you still need to "save" the post. should i really need to explain this to a graphic artist?
Mr. Stitts didn't think anyone was good at math. Hmm, the five of you let loose in English pubs for a weekend? With my husband? I'm afraid, very afraid...
Sweet. Sounds like a plan. Long-e you in, mate? You'd be sack o' hammers not to go!
[Just practicing...]
Jude- so great to hear from you. I was waiting to see your posting! Where to start? We need to blab.
All - those of you waiting for Kim to log in. She is going through a tough week. Her grandfather passed away. I'm going to see her tonight so I'll make sure she has the clue and will log in soon.
MKC---Please give Kim our best and tell her she's in our thoughts.
JAG---The pic was well worth the wait - and you look fantastic! Funny thing is, I was just about to post my bio - but I will now wait a little longer just so the first image everyone sees today and tonight is your lovely mug and the caption. Too funny. [JAG = Judy Almazan Garland]
yay. a successful upload. i guess yo have to click on "republish index only?" yeah?
and matt, i'm a designer who doesn't have a cell phone, ipod (soon), or power steering. i'm sort of old school, but not a complete tech idiot. like i said, still listen to my walkman. some girl i worked with thought my walkman was an underwater digital camera. she was born in '80.
Will do Todd.
Jude - I just saw a picture of Patti Heffner in the newspaper. She the head coach of the Parkland girls team. Her team is in Districts. I wonder where Ms. Schiavone is?
nice. you look great Jude, not sure i would've recognized you had we passed on the street.
that makes Judy only the 4th person (Vicki, Freeman, Jude, me) to willingly post a recent pic of themselves. have you all gone shy?
OHMYGOD!! mare - soooo wonderful to hear from you. you know i dream of you and kim from time to time.
and yes, please give kim my warmest thoughts.
i stay in touch with chris snyder and she keeps my finger on the pulse of all things catty. she said mr. heff called her and asked about me when i guess everyone heard about my health. i saw her pict on the catty page - she looks exactly the same.
Judy, you look amazing! Thanks the photo (it was worth the wait!) Mary, please give my regards and condolences to Kim.
and let me say hey to lewie randy, rob p, dave, joe, steve, vicki, kristen, and everyone else who's posted. it's so overwhelming.
mare, post your picture for the love of god.
Judy, great to see you! Looking Good!
vicki, where's you picture? and freeman's?
this thing is going to get me fired.
I'm posting my picture when Todd posts his bio.
All - I know Kim will appreciate all of your messages. I will let her know.
Vicki- I didn't realize you were across the pond. I took my first trip out of the country last year to Amsterdam. I've never been the same since! Talk about a liberal society. Todd, Matt and gang.....that would be an interesting trip.
Judy, click on the archives for feb 2006---right hand column
I love you Judy! Hey Jude...did you ever live in Key West? When I searched for your phone number...a bunch of addresses appeared...from Catty and West Chester, to key West and Seattle. Just wondering...
By the way....great picture. You look terrific.
whoops - mk, i thought you said youwere going to post your bio, didn' realize it was todd. everyone, postpostpost.
are you guys at work or at home? i just got into work about an hour and 1/2 ago and look at me. this is awful!
i got plenty of my photos for you all and am not afraid to show 'em. long hair, no hair, new brillo hair. pretty funny. maybe too narcissistic?
10-4 kristen.
hey why not have the reunion in seattle????? great city and i live right downtown.
kristen - just the blogger bio comes up. stats and stuff, no photos.
todd, love you, but that photo wasn't too neighborly now was it? can't say i ever lived in key west. it went wc pa, the beach in de, wc for a bit, nj right outside of nyc, then seatown.
alright, i got it. sorry, i'm a little new at this.
and don't worry about posting too many pics of yourself. all us creative types are self-absorbed.
Mary, I haven't been to Amsterdam yet, but it's on my list! Judy, we're planning a trip to Seattle one of these days. My soon to be born baby's godfather lives there, and he's been harrassing us to visit. I'd like to go, and visit Vancouver while we're there.
You don't like the picture I posted of you Judy? I could try another. I got a whoooooooole box of 'em!
Jude - sorry blog doesn't translate, I was just kidding on the picture thing. I know what you mean about not getting work done. I'm not getting a thing done....happily!
my household duties arent getting done either, i couldnt wait until trisha took her nap to get back on...good thing brads out of town the past couple days, i'll be blaming the kids!!! i knew they were good for something
Hey Judy
You look great!!!!! Glad to hear that you're okay now.
Hey Jude - Your comment about the dream is hysterical. I think it's telling you, we need to chat live and catch up! You look wonderful and I'm very glad things are going well for you.
jude - you look great. i'd very much like to see that new brillo hair...sounds like you haven't changed a bit...quite humurous and on top of things. wut does your week of march 13th look like? my children are going snowboarding for the week with their father and i want to get out of town...up for a party?
andrea - are you serious? as in coming up to seattle? i'm in chicago the 9 - 12th and back to work on monday. what do you have in mind cuz i would LOVE to hang.
Jude - same sentiments on your photo. Great smile! Looks like your post could catch up to Randy's 60+ in comments.
Pauko...that wasn't my post...you can thank Mundo Matto for that one.
jude-i'm up for a trip about anywhere, if you have to work i could fly up or if you have time...there is always mexico???
Mexico. Count me in.
Cozumel is nice.
If Randy's going - I've got to go. I want to see him use his spanish to talk to the locals.
wow you guys are up early. i can understand randy and todd with the kids, but longe you should still be out, no late night, you swinging single?
Mullen - what's wrong with my spanglish? You would think that I would know more because most of the construction workers I deal with are all mexicans. My wife and I were in Cozumel a couple of years ago....the best vacation ever!!!!!
Kristen - what do you want me to do with your picture? I'll be home most of the day....just give a call to make sure I'm here.
Randy---I laughed out loud at that one. My daughter just looked at me funny and said, "Daddy nuts."
Kristen---While I'm sure he pushes the envelope often on Friday nights, Long-e has to work most Saturdays, even if only briefly. So I'm sure he was up early to check out the blog before heading out the tastykake truck.
randy, i was just in the area and was going to stop, i get up there 1 or 2x a month so i'll call, are you that anxious to get rid of it?
i'm thinking....more like cabo or somewhere on the west side...
jude- i live in arizona...get out to california, mexico and oregon...haven't made it up to seattle just yet. we need to just get away and have a few days of fun...do a pre-reunion....
Kristen I was just in your neighborhood for a funeral. The cemetary was out near the airport off of 14th street. I'm not in a hurry to get it back to you....just thought if you were out and about and close by to stop. We'll hook up sometime or another.
Andrea - how are the margaritas in Arizona??? Chips and fresh salsa and a good margarita are our favorite!!!!!!!!!
Judy.......when your mom moved what did she do with the player piano. I might like to buy it well not really but it's one of the things I remember about coming to your house. I don't know why but I always thought that was soooo cool.
randy, by the way, i forgot to mention you've got some "devil dog" in that house, he looks vicious...i know, i know, devil dog is not a tastykake..just felt like being tricky
and judy--heres one for you, remember when we went to that tshirt shop on front street, do you remember the name, anyway we wanted USC shirts (for southern cal) and ended up getting the south carolina iron on. i think it was Dan Plu that corrected us on that the next day at lunch!
He's only trained to attack 1986 CHS former cheerleaders.
andrea - i could do a weekend, for real. we should talk off line and see if something's feasible. i've never been to az. but i woudl love to have you in seattle. i LOVE seattle.
rg - whew. i guess i'm safe then.
kristen - i vaguley remember that. i also remember you had this long view, stand alone mirror in your room (?) and i always wanted one.
mj - my brother mike had the piano. he pretty much got everything in that house. i miss it and wish i still had it.
randy - i had the best margarita's other night at this little back woods mexican place....yeah, guacamole....salsa...chips...yum! however, you need to taste for yourself...door is always open!
judy - 4806007591....any weekend is good for me...just a little advanced notice and i'm good to go.
tons to do here and lots of great hangouts...but we can figure something out...give me a call and we can set it up!
i always loved the pink in kristen's room and the fact she didn't have a sister to share with! how about them cheerleading competitions we used to have...
judy, now i'm sure you can probably afford to go buy yourself a long mirror!
andrea, now the competitions go back a long way, when i picked up some pics at my moms there are a few knee-hi cheering pics, remember the brown and white plaid one piece outfits we had on 85lb, ugh, marykelly should remember that also!
and randy, i guess you will have to bring the picture to me then!
Judy your safe
Andrea....your not....just kidding..you to Kristen.
Andrea - chips, salsa, guacamole, and margaritas.....now we're talkin. For all you loco locals here there is a really....really good Mexican restaurant on Shoenersville Road (before you get to the Westgate Mall) called Cactus Blue. It's B.Y.O.B. and everything there is made fresh every day. A good personal friend of mine owns the place. You will usually find me there on a Friday or Saturday night with a margarita in hand. Good Stuff!!!!!
matt knew what he was doing.
the blog is like crack.
judy, i agree, however, today was a dull day....
matt, its time for a sugar fix!!
how bout smoking shelia or stacey ondush out of their holes with some classic pics (have any of them) they've been contacted several times, actually talked to stacey in lenghth last night...whats the hold up girls?
Hi Judy, you look great. Glad to hear that you are healthy again!
kristen...omg, those uniforms were gross....itchy....but we were good...i still have my necklace we won when were in that competition (i think at some mall?) but i was talking those competitions at your house and i believe we had some at maryjo's...with robin erie..
what about scott holmes? kristen and maryjo, i remember you guys chasing him home from school...he was so afraid of you guys...
randy - so i don't take pictures well.....no fear here....besides, nothing a cold margarita won't cure...ha!
You guys, you're killing me with the Mexican food and margaritas. When I first moved here 11 years ago, there was one Mexican restaurant in town and it was called Pancho's but they should have called it Willy Wonka's because no one ever went in and no one ever came out!
How about a reunion in Cozumel?
vicki...we have a poncho's here and it is to die for! however, clinton ate here when he was president and they have him painted on the wall eating at the table he sat at and they also have his body-guard painted on the wall where he stood....totally takes away from that true down to mexico feeling...huh! however, the margaritas are awesome....hmmm...i'm starting to see a trend with living here...
vicki: i'm thinking.....just have that baby and then leave the child with dad.....maybe just a girls week...away!!!
andrea, you really have to bring up mj and I chasing scott, you know i'm related to him now and dont like to bring those days up around the family!
Kristen - You're related to Scott?
I also was reading the messages and had to laugh about those ugly plaid cheering uniforms. Figures I would be a cheerleader when they weren't cute. The competition was at the Westgate Mall in Bethlehem. Why? I don't know.
mare--yes, related thru marriage/brads mom is his dad cousin/Westgate mall used to be a happenin' place
kristen....i believe he still lives at home....doesn't he? when i visit, i always see his truck around...and when you are around family...just smile and pretend to be nice....no chasing him anymore!!!
mare.....you are right, but as we got older our uniforms got a bit better.....and those saddle shoes...after one game they were gray!!
Scott Holmes' family and mine were members of the same church back then. Last I heard he bought his grandmother's house after she died.
yes todd, you're right,he's on 3rd st....
saddle shoes...can you say blisters!
blisters with woolen socks....ouch and yuck!
I distinctly remember those episodes with Scott. Trying to forget though I must add. I'll have to ask the lord for forgivness next week in church since all my old skelitons are coming out of the closet.
maryjo....are you sure one week will be long enough? ha!
OH.....lent starts wednesday....how about everyone give up blogging until after easter?
*SHOCK*! Andrea, how could you say that?!?! I can't give up blogging, can't give it up...
oh my dear vicki....i want you to settle down.....i don't want to be the one blamed for your premature labor.....just breathe.....
give up the blog, hell no, i'm not catholic, dont give up anything!
come to think of it, i think maryjo was actually the one doing all the chasing, i was just running to keep up with her because i didnt want to walk home from school alone!
you are starting to scare me....
good cover up....is that the story you give to the relatives?
I was only kidding on giving up the blog thing....I'm just trying to reel in those that need therapy....(if you haven't noticed, i've been here alot today...not much going on!)
Judy,
Great to hear from you..and I hope all goes well with your recovery. Seattle - what a perfect, ecclectic part of the world for you -now that you are playing the guitar, when are you producing your first album?? You keep doin' what your'e doing and enjoy it!
