Sorry to bump Colin down, but I am so happy that Sanjaya is gone. His singing Tuesday night was so aweful I had to turn the volume down.
Last night, I started getting excited when Jordan was put in the other group. I knew then he was in the bottom 3. However, I was so worried that Latisha was going to be sent home and Rob said that if that happened he was NEVER watching the show again. I loved Simon with his huge grin. Boy did Sanjaya cry like a baby when he was kicked off.
This is now a singing competition and I am looking forward to seeing how the next few weeks play out.

i was worried too that Lakisha would be the one going, everyone in my house cheered! now, i better start voting since i dont think lakisha should be going before chris or the bald guy...see how he doesnt impress me, i cant even think of his name right now
ditto exactly what Kristen said. Allthough I don't think Lakisha has been as good as when she first started. I was voting for Melinda at first but now I am voting for Jordan. She has so much potential because she is young and she is cute to boot. Plus she seems to improve aevey week. I hope to see Phil gone soon he is sooooo boring!!!

I like the girls the best too. I liked Phil (the bald guy) as a country singer. He doesn't impress me with any other style though!!!
I actually voted this week to try and get Sanjaya off!!
cowell and some finalists are on oprah today....has anyone tried the Edy's "idol edition" ice creams? the triple talent is to die for, i'm hoping they add that to their regular line
yes the triple talent is very good but I always end up scooping out the Chocolate Mousse portion for myself.
I was so glad to see Sanjaya go. Maybe I will even start watching the show again. I just don't think it is that interesting this year. Don't think I even really have a favorite.
I don't have a favorite either. I remember in past years wanting one person to win. But this year I just don't care. I'm glad Sanjaya is gone, but I almost felt sorry for him. It wasn't his fault he was kept on for too long or let on in the first place. I did get the Triple Talent this afternoon...can't wait to try it. Do I have to wait til Idol night to eat it?
So glad Sanjaya is gone! Like Sonya said...it's now a singing competition. Is it true Simon threatened to not return if Sanjaya won? Not a worry now. I think it'll be a girl winning this year. The guys don't stand a chance.
I'll have to look for the idol icecream, although I'm sure I can only have 1/2 cup as a serving:( I'm usually buying Edy's 'Thin Mint' that's available around Girl Scout cookie time.
