Hey Lew - has anyone mentioned Modern English and "I'll Melt With You"? Were the Cars the 80s?

"Somethin' goin' on around here" joe jackson
"Let's get it started"- black eyed peas
"Switch"- will smith
"Mr Brightside"- killers
"All Mixed Up" ? artist
"Take Me Out" Franz Ferdinand(?sp)

I like the song "Our House", as well as "Come On Eileen". I love the Cars, Beatles, and wouldn't mind hearing some Styx and Queen.

I'll keep thinking about others....

ok lew, here's one for ya..."Magnificent Seven" thats the name of the song...dont know if there are any words to it, just music...dont know who the artist is...this was(is) an extremely popular song during the football games.....a little trivia, anyone know it?

Rayban said...

Heavy Metal? This is just good old rock and roll. As far as the 2 bands mentioned. Just tired of hearing them. The radio stations around here play them every hour if not twice and hour.

Lew - I haven't seen any punk songs really mentioned? I thought for sure Rusty would have requested some good stuff and Judy?????

lw said...

Randy- I have been adding songs here and there. I put a few classics punk songs in for Muller to dance to.

Sounds good Lew. I haven't listened to that stuff in a while.
