Other ideas for reunion night......

Any other things planned for the actual reunion. I thought it would be really cool if people brought old photos and yearbooks. Do you think there could be an area set up for us to display some of this stuff.

Anyone else have any other ideas to make the night more fun???

MJ...I will gather old photos and yearbooks as well. I thought it would be neat if we did a board of all the kids and see if people could identify whose kids belonged to who. I would be willing to put a display together if people want to send me pictures and we could do a contest to see who gets the most right. Just an idea!

Hey MJ - I have the class picture that I will bring. The one where we were in the high school gym. Let me tell ya....out of 100 people there might be 5 of us that are smiling. Were we happy to be there or what?

Laurie I am coming with my hubby but I am a bit worried about him having fun or not since he graduated from Emmaus and will not no anyone. Steve should be able to answer your question since he got the actual responses. Whatever your spouse decides just come you'll have fun with or without him.

there was just a great article in the catty press about the 1966 class reunion...they had trivia questions (if anyone would like to take this on..not me i'm not good w/that stuff) they had 19 people who lived on race st during high school, 5 girls named julie...and so on, found that interesting...and Laurie, my spouse is coming, i'm not sure if he knows anyone but he likes to drink and meet new people!

hi everyone - laurie, my boyfriend and i decided that it would be best if he stayed home. he's fun and all, but he's going to sit through me yapping with 100 people catching up and what not. i'm sure it will be fascinating for him - for about 10 minutes. this way i won't have to worry about him having fun, and i can blab all i want. so yeah, i'm flying solo.

To answer MJ's question about spouses, most people sent checks for $50; only a few are coming alone.

Michelle, will you take e-mail pictures of kids to print out, or do you want me to send them snail mail?

I am dragging mine along....he can get along with anyone so I'm not too worried about him not having a good time.

So I assume we will see your name added to the list????

you can really dress up a nice pair of jeans these days...i'm leaning toward that!

I was wondering the same thing.....definatly nothing too dressy.

I assumed the guys would be wearing jeans/sweater type casual. And the girls...something 80's type skimpy/sleazy. No?

NO

Only if the guys dress 80's. Perhaps Boy George, Flock of Seagulls?? No?

i will be wearing my parachute pants with a very dashing "Members Only" jacket(the jacket is green) so no copy cats. to top it all off, some nice boat shoes. i'm also looking into hair extentions so i can feather my hair.

Good look for you Lew- especially the hair.
I can only hope someone wears their "OP" shorts and a pair of Vans!
