Did anyone else watch last night's show?
There was some decent singers last night. This year might not be bad......may have to wait and see. I was really hoping that the big, black girl who was there with her sick mother could sing. Can you believe the dude in the Princess Leia outfit who actually went and got waxed!!!
What are others opinions of the show last night?

I watched and got a few good laughs as expected, yes there were a few who could actually sing. Then there were a few complete idiots, I can't figure people out they will do anything for atention. You gotta wonder if its an act or if it is there real persona. I felt sorry for the girl you mentioned I thought she was about 30 way to young to be that over weight but thats another post.
The wacky woman from Allentown made me feel bad to also live in the Lehigh Valley. The dude with the waxing was ridiculous, and the Princess Leia girl got on my last nerve.
The old dude in the leopard vest that sung the song about no sex was a bad move by the producers. His song was pitiful, and he wasn't even funny.
The stalker guy made me laugh a bit.
PS - I believe the last girl never saw an R rated movie (she skipped right past to XXX) - sorry, guy moment there.
yea, a few laughs...i believe some of them are just there for the attention of getting on tv...that stalker was creepy, i hope they had him evaluated...next thing you know he WILL BE arrested for stalking Paula...and that chick from Allentown, i hope i dont run into her...now she's going for "actressing"
We were counting the days until Americal Idol came back. I must have missed a few because I don't remember a stalker, but the lady from Allentown was scaaaarrrrryyyy! I find it hard to believe that someone with her mentality can make it through school to become a veterinarian. Maybe that was one of her delusions also.
What was up with Simon last night (Wednesday)? He was being so nice....he sent a few people through in other seasons he would have sent home crying.
There were a few good people - I am at least still intrigued to keep watching.

Where the hell did they dig her up from?? I'm pretty sure they planter her. She kept using that corny "Be victorious" slogan (She must be able to afford cable -she stole it from Ebay (Shop Victoriously)). I have a bad feeling that she'll be back at some point during the show -ala the "She bangs" dude (Can't remember his name).
A bit of real talent out there too....I'll be more interested when the comedy acts end and the singing begins (My Daughter stays up to watch this every week).

Apparently a woman from the town I live in, Fort Mill, SC, advanced with her brother to Hollywood. Michelle Lambkin? And, yes, I read where Simon was to be nicer this year.
