You're jokin man! He recited the entire film. He's seen it about 100 times.
Took me awhile to get British humor when I first came here. I used to turn to John and say, "Why is that funny?" ;-)
do most brits (our age) enjoy american humor? as you alluded to, most americans do not immediately get typical british humour.
