Well, let the season of American Idol begin!!! I was suprised about some of the people they cut last night as well as some of the people they put in the top 36. I can not stand that girl who feels she must be the constant center of attention. I am so upset that I have to see her again next week - hopefully America is smart and does not let her go any farther in the competition.
I'm not sure how things are going to work this year. From what I understand, there will be 3 groups of 12 and only the top 3 from each group advance. I guess that would make sense since it will take 3 weeks to get through the top 36 and that would leave us with a final group of 12 when the weekly voting takes place.
Looking forward to next week - just wish it was on a little earlier....

Can you believe I actually forgot about it this week? I was planning on tuning in for the first time this season. Guess I'll have to wait til Tuesday now. I'm anxious to see the top 36!
I haven't seen much because I want to see singing........it will be very interesting if they pick the way you say. That could leave someone really good out if they only pick 4 (not 3) a week. HMMMM
I think the wacko chick is being used to get veiwers there is always one who comes along for ratings.
are you talking about the chick with the awful laugh??? i too didnt watch all of this weeks, i think 2 hours was an awful long time to show you who made the top 36
