o.k. so i'm a girl

hey everyone. i have been sporadically blogging (yes, a far cry from my early days when it was my favorite obsession). however, i'm sure i've missed out on some important topics, such as reunion fashion, so i thought i'd do a last minute huddle.

alright ladies:

topic: dress code. what are you wearing? i'm thinking jeans friday, and um, jeans saturday, but you know, all sassed up. i wasn't sure if the thing on saturday was "formal" or was a cocktail dress-type deal. just trying to get my outfit game plan in order (boys, mock if you must, but it's true).

also, what do i need to golf? do i need cleets of some sort? i can't see hauling them with me.

anyway...i'm so excited to see all of you. i can't wait. i seriously had a dream with mare, kim and randy in it last night.

  1. I don't know if I am going to Friday's event or not...but if I did, I would be wearing jeans.

Saturday afternoon, I am wearing either jean shorts or jeans depending on the weather.

Saturday night, I still haven't decided what I am going to wear but it won't be jeans. I won't be cocktail party dressed but something like black skorts OR black slacks.

Plan on working this out this week.

  5. hello girlies. thanks for the input. i have declared jeans the winner of my central outfitting.

kristen, thank god we have you. you are the universal connector for catty ex-pats. please tell sherry i said hello, and of course brad and lori too.

i truly am bursting with excitement to come home and see everyone. it's going to be "ein Knall" as uli from project runway would say (a blast).

  7. hey mj - i'm sure the dress is in style - the eighties are all the rage. i think if you feel comfortable and confident, you can pull of anything.

  8. ok you do realize I am kidding and even if I wanted to the chance of it fitting are really slim

  9. mj - to tell you the truth, i wasn't sure. i've seen the eighties fashion these days out and about, so you never know.

  12. I have no problem with you and Lew wearing dresses. Just shave for cryin' out loud.

  13. i'm anxious to see if Lew's legs look as good as they did back in high school, (matt maybe you can find another picture!)

  17. Hey Jude, if you really want to wear a dress-type outfit this coming weekend, there's always the opportunity on the golf course. I was thinking something like this.
