  1. Great post Todd!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been waiting for your post to officially apologize for a bad day back in high school. It was an error on my behalf and hope you can forgive me for that day. I have thought about that day for a very long time. Again I apologize for my actions.

  2. Matt...Mullen? What is the statute of limitations on apologies?

    ReplyDelete
  3. No worries Randy. I just figured I would get even on the golf course. My grips are very slippery......ooops!

    ReplyDelete
  4. I guess I deserve that.....I can take it.

    ReplyDelete
  5. Not to worry. Kids will be kids. But thanks for the apology.

  6. I think I recognize that person (the Female!!)....can't wait to hear the rest of that story!

    ReplyDelete
  7. I'm thinking that getting out golfing may be here sooner with the nice weather the next couple of days. Anytime you want to get out give me call.

  8. Todd,

How's the Tastykake business.??? I have some Severence $$ and may be looking for a new job - sooner or later.....

    ReplyDelete
  9. Hell...today was golfing weather. Not sure how the courses are yet...

    ReplyDelete
  10. I drive by Willow Brook every day on my way home and there were guys out playing. The driving range was even open. I have to get up there and hit a bucket soon.

  11. The Biz is always changing....but in general is good.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Good Work LongE. Glad to see your bio- FINALLY! Sorry about the Brokeback Mountain comment.....I gave in to peer pressure- still at my age!

    ReplyDelete
  13. Where is this mysterious post...did I miss it?

    ReplyDelete
  14. Lew - you were there. i've got a pic of you coming up tomorrow night.

    ReplyDelete
  15. We all live vicariously through Longe and are disappointed when we don't get enough detail about...well, you know.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Randy, I don't know the details of that HS thing. Was it over dueling TK dads?

    ReplyDelete
  17. well, well, well......he finally took the plunge! good job there longe!!! maybe now.....joe will come aboard!!!

    ReplyDelete
  18. Todd's definately straight. I hung out with him this weekend. When I finally tracked him down he had 2-3 women hanging on him.

    ReplyDelete
  19. and what did these women look like? now adays....it's hard to tell the difference....just jokin'!

hey robb...what are you doing up this late for ?

    ReplyDelete
  20. I just got home from an Ice Hockey game. I play once a week in a geezer league.

    ReplyDelete
  21. my good friend out here is from cherry hill (originally)....his uncle is tom bladen (?spelling) who used to play for the flyers back in the 70's.....who do you play for.....

    ReplyDelete
  22. I play in an organized adult league. Average age is about 30. I think this is my 18th year in the league. I actually coached High School Ice Hockey for 12 years, but I decided to give it up when my kids were born. The only exercise I get and it works out because the games don't start until 9 or 10pm.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Deanna, I threw a plug in for him since he was getting beat up pretty bad.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Andrea- How do you like Arizona? Are you Norther near Sedona or closer to Phoenix?

    ReplyDelete
  25. do you guys stay up all night out there and blog?

    ReplyDelete
  26. If we don't , the West Coat will have no one to talk to.

    ReplyDelete
  27. i'm closer to phoenix (gilber), but i go up to sedona (2 hours) every couple of weeks.....I love it up there.....I'm really into all of that energy and crystal stuff.....I buy crystals and have jewerly made....

I really love it here....I miss the east, but it is soooo laid back and slow out here. I don't miss the hustle and bustle! total destress.....

    ReplyDelete
  28. Coast, spelling is horrible tonight.

    ReplyDelete
  29. you mentioned you were out here, when and where?

we lived in Tucson for four years before moving back to virginia for seven.....i loved it down there (about 90 miles south). we lived right next to the mountains, next to a golf course and it was just beautiful to walk on and watch the sun go down....not to mention the children were younger so life seemed mucn easier!

    ReplyDelete
  30. My wife's best friend lives in Phoenix. His Father has a million dollar house in Sedona, which she visits from time to time. the Pictures are incredible. We plan to get out there this year, so I will plan to call you.

    ReplyDelete
  31. i'm totally greatful, because i haven't been on alot when other people are around...

speaking of which....where has vicki been? has she delivered?

    ReplyDelete
  32. I was at Gainey Ranch twice. A Resort area. Lots of golfing. I actually golfed right behind Michael Jordan and Charles Barkley.

    ReplyDelete
  33. you will have to. there is this "holy cross chapel" built into the side of the red rocks and right across the street....Nicholas Cage is building a huge castle. I cannot describe how big, totally out of place.....

Tom Cruise also has a home in Sedona....

that place has sky rocketed with it's housing prices....

    ReplyDelete
  34. I thinks hse is still prego. Did you start your own business?

    ReplyDelete
  35. i know exactly where that is...a good friend of mine knows the owners there and he is one of their massage therapists up there.

for those eagle fans....donavan mcnabb has a great place here also. it isn't too far from where i live. he also belongs to a local gym out here....he just walks by you and treats you like he is just another guy in town...really nice and down to earth!

    ReplyDelete
  36. I also noticed everyone has a pool. Do you?

    ReplyDelete
  37. yeah....i have an office in mesa right across from dobson ranch golf course....i have one room and i'm with a personal trainer....it's his space and i rent from him. however, he and i are looking closer to south gilbert because the growth is incredible and there isn't anyone out there yet doing massage or training....we are looking to have a studio where he can train, my other friend do yoga and then i'll have three rooms for massage.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Jeremy Roenick-Ex-Flyer lives out there too. I heard he is always boppin arounf town too.

    ReplyDelete
  39. yeah....we have a pool/spa and i love it. i'm in the spa everynight....the pool has a waterfall and the lights change color.....you have to have a pool...there aren't alot of community pools....so you are kinda screwed if you don't get one.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Deanna- I play the Whitehall rinks.
Andrea-Good for you. My office manager does massage on the side. She said it is hard work on a full-time basis. I would imagine it would be lucrative based on the demographics out there.

    ReplyDelete
  41. i thought i would really miss the cold weather, but it does get colder out here and the mountains are right up the road by 2 1/2 hours....

you'd like it because hockey is so popular out here...i think right now we have something like 30 ice-hockey rinks out here and i know they are building 2 more right here in south gilbert....it's really picking up!

    ReplyDelete
  42. Wow, Thats surprising. Hockey really took off here. we have 4 rinks with another one under construction. My daughter wants to play next year so I am excited about that..I think???

    ReplyDelete
  43. yeah....my son and i are big eagle fans....this past summer was our first summer not able to go to their training camp. a few years back i met a lady who had extra vip passes.....i got to stand on the field (andrew was too young), but he got to carry troy vincent's stuff to the locker and then the next year it was #20...can't remember his name....they are really cool guys and appreciate their fans!

    ReplyDelete
  44. how old is she? that is cool and i would get her started....two of my girls love sports and the other one is so challenged! we laugh at her....andrew wants to play, but i always babied him too much. i get nervous with hockey.....maybe this next year since he will be in 7th grade.....is that to old to start him?

    ReplyDelete
  45. Thats great stuff he'll never forget...even though its the Eagles... for some reason I never liked the Eagles. I am a diehard Vikings fan who travels to Minnesota every yeear to catch a losing game !

    ReplyDelete
  46. we have two campusses from one of the best schools in the country...they come from every resort/spa, cruiseship..etc to hire from our school....can you imagine how many therapists they turn out here....most of phoenix is saturated....but it is hard to find someone you like....people are always changing and trying a new therapist.....i've been lucky so far and if i change locations i should do better!

    ReplyDelete
  47. Never too old. Actually , I think thats a great age. I think kids get burned out if you start them too young. My daughter is 7 and very athletic. She loves hockey . I take her skating almost every weekend so she keeps asking when she can start playing hockey.

    ReplyDelete
  48. my uncle is the same way! he is a viking fan and has been since he was tiny! hmmm....

when we lived in virginia...we used to go see the redskins play, and their training camp at Ashburn was only 4 miles from out home. It was cool....the one redskin guy (it's late and i can't think worth a darn....name?) he was traded to philly and then back to redskins, but he lived up the street from us. They all hung at the irish pub in ashburn....again, most of them nice...

    ReplyDelete
  49. i'll take your advice on the age thing. i am going to get him into a league...i love watching hockey, just don't like him to be a part of that fighting....even though it's cool to watch other guys...

i always worry about drew being the only boy....three sisters and me....not a lot of hope there

    ReplyDelete
  50. I 'm blogging out for the night. I have a raod trip to Scranton at 8am. I enjoyed the comapny tonight. Great chatting!!!

    ReplyDelete
  51. my spelling is bad !

    ReplyDelete
  52. me too...thanks for chatting..

    dee are you still around?

    ReplyDelete
  53. Andrea- one other thing. buy his equipment on Ebay. Hockey equipment is expensive and he will grow out of everything each year.

    ReplyDelete
  54. no snow?

we need rain really bad....150? days without any! that makes for a long hot summer with lots of fires....

    ReplyDelete
  55. he's the third....it's just hard because he is the only boy....he plays basketball and pretty much that as far as team sports go. he and his buddies are into air soft guns, skateboarding...ya know all the stuff they do.....i find myself over-protective of him and my youngest (kassidy)....i think because the older girls seemed to grow up way too fast....

    ReplyDelete
  56. make sure to get out and get a walk....

yeah. the nights fly and before ya know it 5:30 a.m.....way too soon!

    ReplyDelete
  57. k.....good night....thanks for the chat....i'll catch up with you again!

    ReplyDelete
  58. Didn't we have some busy beavers blogging last night....oh and Robb too!

    ReplyDelete
  59. deanna....i think he was somewhere between....hmmmm....gotta deliver those tastykakes and quite satisfied with the fact that he FINALLY posted his bio!

    ReplyDelete
  60. I'm sorry, did the word "Yankees" appear in a comment in Todd Long's bio post?

I may have to contact a mod to have this individual warned...

[The Yankees?! Rooting for the Yankees is like rooting for Microsoft... Or the sun to come up...]

    ReplyDelete
  61. Me thinks you're a little instigator... Although in this case it seemed unintentional.

I'm surprised long-e wasn't on that right away - maybe he's a little off his game because of all the abuse he took this week...

No worries, long-e, I got your back... And I don't think it's a "sculpture" of limitations...

    ReplyDelete
  62. Deanna...shouldn't you be working? Soon your husband is going to throw you out of the house AND you will be unemployed!

    ReplyDelete
  63. Welcome back Mullen! Were you on vacation?

    ReplyDelete
  64. do you guys do anything in your free time other than blog?

    ReplyDelete
  65. ahh my dear Andrea checking in....

    ReplyDelete
  66. just gambling online....bored this afternoon....kids are out early and they are getting ready to leave tomorrow.....

    ReplyDelete
  67. Deanna....I opened the door to the blog....that's all I did. You must take responsiblility for your addiction.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Deanna--I have no issues with you blaming long-e for anything. I got your back. And I know about falling behind at work because of this thing - that's why I was MIA for a few days this past week.

Long-e--A bad influence on others since 1987...

Robb--Thanks brother, it's nice to be missed. Spent a couple days visiting friends near annapolis last weekend. Came back to a flood of nonsense at work Monday morning. So I begged off the blog until Friday. Some of us need to keep our jobs - right Deanna?

    ReplyDelete
  69. Stay at home blogger... How cool would that be?

Speaking of which, just out of curiosity, does anyone know if you can collect unemployment if you're fired for blogging at work?

It's not for me. It's for, uh, a friend...

    ReplyDelete
  70. In an attempt to bring the American economy to a standstill, would Al-Keida have created "blogging"?

    ReplyDelete
  71. todddddddddd. so nice of you to share yourself with us. thank you.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Well Judy. We thought we lost you....
